FOSP had a stall at the Stoke Fleming Horticultural and Sports Society annual show on Bank Holiday Monday. We featured Traditional Pub Games, with magnetic darts and shove ha'penny, which proved popular with the visitors, both local and holiday makers. Prizes were given for the best overall score, the best darts score, the best shove ha'penny score and the best junior entrant. The overall prize was won by Peter Keil of Stoke Fleming, with a total of 100 points. Well done Peter! The other winners were:
Over £100 was raised on the day, for FOSP funds.
The 2018 AGM was held in St Peter's Church; 20 members attended. The Treasurer stated that FOSP would be applying to register with the Charity Commission this year, and an updated Constitution was adopted. A summary can be downloaded here. The minutes of the AGM and annual statement of accounts can be found here
A Data Protection and Privacy Policy was approved by the FOSP Committee, to bring us into line with the new General Data Protection Regulations coming into force in May 2018.
